What we do
Wing Tzun means personal growth. Wing Tzun
& Latosa Escrima students are taught in groups, yet
guided individually. The individual's existing strengths are improved and
consolidated. Wing Tzun is non-violent. Wing Tzun instructors are against any aggressive form
of behavior. Wing Tzun & Latosa Escrima are pure self-defense Systems. Wing Tzun &
Latosa Escrima are fun: Wing Tzun & Latosa Escrima instructors impart their
knowledge in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Wing Tzun & Latosa Escrima are intense and challenging.
The ability to defend one's self is acquired through focused, regular practice.
Wing Tzun is a sophisticated and efficient self-defense system which appeals to
men and women of a wide variety of ages.
Only patient practice under the attentive supervision of a certified
Wing Tzun & Latosa Escrima instructor will soon provide concrete ideas of what is actually achievable.

Wing Tzun grows out of the
Taoist tradition in Chinese Philosophy
- "Tao" means "
The Way." It signifies life's eternal movement of growing, blooming, fading
away, and never-ending renewal.
To achieve
his unity with the Tao, man must
become as the Tao: spontaneous, open, simple, and flexible - not hard and
arrogant.
When using Wing Tzun Kung-Fu or Latosa Escrima in self-defense or applying its
principles in every day
life, one becomes like a river flowing to the sea. Even if a mountain obstructs
the river's flow it will not be stopped It will reach its goal naturally,
unavoidably, while overcoming all obstacles on the way.
