Wing Tzun Drills for today:


Kicks with simultaneous chain punches: bong-gerk + side kick with punches and jap-gerk + front kick with punches. Start in the frontal stance (character 1) and either bong-gerk + side kick or jap-gerk + front kick and step forward while chain punching. Do this for 3 rounds of 3 minutes with a 1 minute rest between each round.

Second
drill with zig-zag step from the front leg only simulateneous chain punches for 3 rounds of 3 minutes with a 1 minute rest in between.

Last drill is mixing both drills in all directions for 3 minutes.

Lookin good B!!! Reggie too.... especially cause he's hiding in the back ground poised for attack....... advantageous positioning..... but i gets thats why we call him Si-Hing!!!!
