Do you ever wonder what we do when we're not in class or getting together with you guys in the park to train?
We're cross-training. Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, Squats, Deadlifts, Presses...etc. Not bodybuilding - we are not doing isolated movements like bicep curls. We're doing functional weight training.
It's important to maintain a certain level of fitness and strength. It is a myth that Wing Tzun people do not need to be fit or do not need strength.

Brapp!!!! Looking good!! I'm planning on getting back into crossfit full time again starting this saturday.... speaking of training though if my guy actually shows up for work on saturday i'd love to meet in the park for an hour or so around 6 or 6:30. any one else down?
