Si-Hing Elliott from NJ and Sifu Edgar on Wednesday night. Looks like Si-Hing Elliott will be joining us on Wednesday nights.
He has pledged to give us all a hard time! So, come to class Wednesday!

Speaking of practicing in the park, I should be around tomorrow at Central Park if anyone wants to train at around 5:30p.

Zak and i were going to meet downtown @ 5:30(he'll probably flake and have to train some one armed cook) so let me know what sounds better to anyone interested in linking up.

practice sessions
so practice in the park with reggie today went well...... the schedual as it sits now is tomorrow (tuesday) me xuan mai and brandon will be in central park around 5:30 or 6pm for some training and on wednesday before class me and reggie will meet in the park on 5th ave in park slope by the basket ball courts for some extra practice around 7:30.

Z nice session today, you know the program much better than you think, man have I got some reviewing to do. If I get enough work done tonight i may join youse at central pk, if not 7:30 wed is good.
