Sunday Class

Sunday marks the 35th Anniversary of Bruce Lee's death.  Did you know that Bruce Lee is in our lineage?  Bruce Lee studied Wing Tsun under Yip Man.

We have class Sunday.  As always, beginners are welcome. It looks like it'll be another scorcher.  So, bring a lot of fluids!

Escrima Drills

Latosa Escrima Strikes 1-5:

Points to Remember About This Drill:

Balance, short power coming from the body of mass, hands first then body follows and weapon always in front of your body, focus visualizing an attacker or a target, forward pressure, alive shielding arm, head movement, falling steps, attitude, transition with long, short, light, heavy, one hand, two hands, with weapons and hands, off timing, zoning, anatomical weapons.
