Wing Tzun TrainingTraining in Wing Tzun proceeds in a logical step by step way. The first form "Siu-Nim-Tau," gives all the fundamentals for the art. The second form "Chum-Kiu," teaches how to bridge the gap between you and your opponent. The third form "Biu-Tze," teaches penetration and recovery techniques. The wooden dummy or wooden man teaches how to proceed the instant contact is made. Sticking hands or "Chi sao," training teaches what to do if contact remains or comes apart.

ask, "Does Wing Tzun have this or that movement?" Wing Tzun practitioners
are not artificially restricted to only use certain movements. The
